As with HR, they tend to ask very basic questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses etc. The weird thing was I was prepared to answer more technical questions but instead they concentrated on asking me about my past experiences, what I learned there and how would I deal with or improve those environments/systems. I am not entirely sure how the Singapore MA recruitment process compared to the Hong Kong one, but I can tell you what my was like (I went through 2 layers of interviews with Citi Hong Kong for this position as well recently).
